Fast-growing spicy salad green with a tangy, zippy flavour. Wasabi arugula is excellent for baby-leaf salads, sandwiches, garnish, microgreens, and adding heat to mixed greens. This variety stays low growing and is quick to bolt in heat, so it is best planted in cool spring or late-summer conditions, or grown under cover. Harvest young for the best texture and flavour.
