Southern Giant Curled is a vigorous mustard variety producing large, curled green leaves with a strong, spicy flavour. Young leaves provide a sharp addition to salad mixes, while mature foliage is well suited to braising, sautés and soups.

Baby leaves can be harvested from approximately 20 days. Allow around 50 days for larger mature greens. Cooking softens the texture and mellows the mustard intensity.

Grow in fertile soil with steady moisture, preferably during cool spring or fall conditions.
