Golden Frills is a quick-growing mustard green with finely divided, highly serrated green leaves and a mild, delicate mustard flavour. The attractive foliage adds texture and gentle heat to salads, sandwiches and mixed baby greens.

Young leaves are especially good with fish and can also be used as a garnish or added near the end of cooking in soups. Sow in cool, fertile soil and maintain consistent moisture for tender growth.
