Eastport Organics’ Spicy Salad Mix combines lettuces, mustards and arugula to produce a varied harvest of tender leaves with mild, peppery and mustard flavours.

Plant seeds in groups of four to five for mixed baby greens, or thin the seedlings and allow individual plants to mature. Sow another planting approximately every two weeks for a continuous harvest through the cool growing season.

Harvest young leaves as needed or allow approximately 40–50 days for larger plants. Grown and blended by Eastport Organics using soil-based coastal organic methods.
