Mint adds a bright, refreshing flavour to teas, salads, sauces, marinades, desserts, cocktails, and cold drinks. It is also excellent in Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, and Asian cuisine. Fresh mint can be chopped and frozen or dried for convenient use throughout the year.
