Scarlet Frills produces attractive microgreens with fine leaves, reddish colouring and a mild mustard bite. The delicate texture makes them useful in mixed microgreen trays, salads, sandwiches and garnishes.

Sow densely in clean, moist growing medium. Maintain even moisture and good airflow, then harvest after the cotyledons open or as the first true leaves begin developing.
