Dwarf Siberian kale is a dependable, low-growing variety with broad, relatively flat leaves and good winter hardiness. It is the longest-grown kale variety at Eastport Organics and performs reliably in Newfoundland’s cool coastal conditions.

The leaves have a familiar traditional greens flavour and can be steamed, sautéed, added to soups or used as an alternative to turnip and rape greens in a cooked dinner.

Approximately 40–70 days to maturity, depending on harvest size. Suitable for baby leaves and mature bunching greens.
